Management is the operative term with property management. With professional property management, you need to be sure to vet the company for the 3 P's: price, performance, and professionalism. No owner wants a PM company to mishandle their clients, aka tenants. The company has to perform well, receive rents timely, pay you timely, manage contractors, etc. Price should be a consideration but the adage, you get what you pay for is certainly true.
